New look yet again

Firstly I'd like to apologize for unilaterally changing the template and thus fluctuating the look of the blog every now and then. As you all know, this blog is still in its nascent stages and flip/flops are usual in this scenario. Having said this I'd also like to point out the new TLTE logo. Special thanks to Indrajit for contributing the Orkut TLTE logo on which the train and the text were added for special effects(x-factor in Orkut language).
