I've changed the template to something decent until we come up with an original look.
Things to do
1. Add a doodle board to listen to reader's grievances and frustrations
2. Create an original template that goes with the spirit of TLTE
3. Request other members to join and enrich this blog with their posts

All suggestions for design improvements and theme decisions shall be addressed in the comments of this post until a doodle board is installed in the sidebar.
